Patient Portal with QR Code Access Cards
We’ve introduced a comprehensive patient portal that revolutionises how patients access their laboratory results. Patients can now use physical access cards featuring QR codes for secure, convenient access to their medical information.
Key features include:
- Complete access to all laboratory results
- Full result history viewing
- Print capability for all reports
- Secure QR code authentication
Lab managers have full control over access card distribution, with the ability to generate and print physical passes directly from the system. These passes can be handed to patients in person or sent via email for remote access.
Enhanced Invoicing
Based on client feedback, we’ve improved our invoicing layout by adding a written total amount field. This enhancement meets the specific requirements of clients who need the invoice total displayed in words alongside the numerical value.
