Yoctobe Health Suite 5.1.0 — audit log across every module

Version 5.1.0 of Yoctobe Health Suite extends audit log coverage to every module — EHR, LIS, Pharmacy, Imaging, Scheduling, and ERP. Change history is now readable at a glance, consistent throughout the platform, and immutable by design.

The goal is to make histories simpler to consult and more useful day to day — for patients, samples, tests, results, reports, quality events, and every other record the suite holds.

Change history that answers the right questions

The audit log recovers every change made to platform data: what, when, and by whom. The journal is immutable — it cannot be altered after it is written.

Example — opening the history of an analysis result:

Incremental records — no repeated context

Records evolve as they move through the organisation: reception, location change, processing, validation, and more.

When new information is added to their history, the audit log keeps only what has just been added. Information already recorded is not repeated on every update.

That makes each step easier to read while preserving full change traceability.

Readable incremental audit history

One layout across every module

The audit log now uses a common presentation across Yoctobe Health Suite screens.

From Settings → Audit Logs, teams search by the main available criteria, then export or print the results.

From a patient file, sample, order, or any other record, history shows only the changes that belong to that object. In list views, history is also presented as a table — easier to scan for status, location, or validation changes.

Bulk status changes and batch redo

It is now possible to change the status of requested results and redo tests in bulk using multi-select.

  • Automatic submission: the middleware captures changes and submits only the requested tests.
  • Multi-select: select several tests in one action.
  • Change & redo: update result statuses and request redos in bulk.

Data is shown with the labels the suite already uses — no raw technical structure. Dates, statuses, locations, and Yes/No values stay consistent; structured values appear as tables when that helps reading. The same presentation is kept on export and print.

Traceability that earns its place

Clear history shortens quality checks, investigations, and audits. Teams can recover every change on a record in seconds — across EHR, LIS, Pharmacy, Imaging, Scheduling, and ERP — without reconstructing context from separate system logs.

This release strengthens record traceability and review, in line with good data-management practice and the principles of ISO 15189, HAS, GDPR, and UK GDPR.
