Troubleshooting

Queue Screen shows no patients

  • Make sure you clicked “Call” on the patient from the main Service Queues page
  • Verify that visitQueueNumberAttributeUuid is correctly configured in Settings → Configuration
  • Check that the Visit Attribute Type “Queue Number” exists in Administration

No queue numbers are generated

  • Verify the Visit Attribute Type “Queue Number” exists in Administration → Visit Attribute Types
  • Check that the UUID in Settings → Configuration matches the attribute type UUID
  • Ensure you saved the configuration in Settings → Configuration

“Room” shows queue name instead of room name

  • This is expected behavior. The Queue Screen displays the queue name as the “Room”
  • Queue Rooms configured in admin are separate entities and not automatically used by the Queue Screen
