Prolab LIS Cloud

Minimal YoctoERP UI Setup with Prolab LIS / Promed HIS

To avoid the errors you saw, do only these UI/admin steps:

1) Company

Go to Accounting > Company > CHU CO and set:

  • Enable Perpetual Inventory = On
  • Stock Adjustment Account = choose one valid expense account (e.g. 6031 - Variations des stocks...)
  • Default Inventory Account = choose one valid stock asset account (e.g. 3111 - Marchandises A1 - ...)

This removes:

  • “Please enter Difference Account…”
  • “Veuillez définir le compte… ou le compte d’inventaire par défaut…”

2) Warehouses

Go to Stock > Warehouse:

  • Ensure all warehouses are under company CHU CO
  • Keep at least one active operational warehouse (e.g. Magasins - CC)
  • Optional: set account at warehouse level if you want warehouse-specific stock accounting

3) Item Masters

Go to Stock > Item Group and Stock > UOM:

  • Confirm the exact names you want users to use in UI
  • Since your instance is FR, keep FR names (Produits, Unité, etc.)
  • Avoid mixed EN/FR master naming

This prevents item-create link errors.

4) Stock Entry Types

Go to Stock > Stock Entry Type:

  • Keep a minimal set:
  • Material Receipt
  • Material Issue
  • Material Transfer
  • Ensure each has correct Purpose

5) YoctoERP Minimal UI (Branding/UX)

For a clean UI experience:

  • Hide modules you don’t need (keep only Stock + required Accounting)
  • Rename labels to your business language (YoctoERP, Articles, Entrepôts, etc.)
  • Keep one dashboard with:
  • Recent stock entries
  • Low stock
  • Warehouse count

6) Quick validation in UI (2 minutes)

After setup, test from UI only:

  1. Create one Item
  2. Create one Warehouse (if needed)
  3. Create one Stock Entry draft
  4. Submit one Stock Entry

If all pass, your YoctoERP minimal setup is good.
